"For being a volleyball player, I am considered lazy. So when I signed up for this volleyball camp I was scared that we were going to be doing conditioning the whole time. I soon found out that I was completely wrong. The only difference from this volleyball camp and playing the beach with your friends, is that you have coaches there to help you get better with every touch of the ball you make. You are still with your friends having fun, only you are working hard and putting in effort to the skills that are taught to you. I really liked everything we did at the camp even though there was a little bit of conditioning afterwards. It was worth it in the end because it helped me get into shape for the tryouts that were around the corner."
